COVID-19 CLIENT APPOINTMENT NOTICE
Effective June 1, 2020

Dear Client:

Our office is currently allowing clients into the building by appointment only.  We have designated two meeting areas to limit exposure and contact between our staff and clients.  All appointments that can be handled by phone will continue.

In order to avoid cancellation of your appointment, our office staff will contact you on the business day prior to your appointment and we must receive answers to the following questions:

  1. Do you now or within the past 14 days have you had a cough and/or a fever above 100 degrees?
     

  2. Have you had close contact with a person confirmed to be infected with COVID-19 within the past 14 days?
     

  3. Have you tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days?

If your answer is “yes” to any of the above questions, you will not be allowed to enter the office.  Your appointment must be rescheduled to a later date or will be held via telephone.  

Further, please be advised of our appointment procedures that will be followed for all office appointments:

  1. Our doors are going to remain locked.  When you arrive for your appointment, please call our office at (608) 723-2185 and let us know you have arrived.  We will meet you at the door and let you into the building.  If you are early or if the meeting area is being sanitized, we ask that you wait in your vehicle.  
     

  2. Only you (the client) will be allowed to come into the building, and no more than two clients will be permitted to attend the appointment.  
     

  3. You will be required to wear a face mask when entering and at all times while inside the building.  No exceptions.  If you do not have a face mask, we will provide one.  Our attorneys and all staff members that will have contact with you will also be required to wear a face mask.
     

  4. Upon entering the building, you will be provided hand sanitizer to use and we will take your temperature.  Further, you will be asked the above questions again.  If your answer to any of the above questions is yes, we will ask you to exit the building and we will contact you to reschedule the appointment.  
     

  5. While we enjoy chatting with and catching up with our clients, due to COVID, the length of each appointment is going to be only as long as necessary to serve your legal needs.    
     

  6. We do not currently have publicly available restrooms.  We ask that you please plan accordingly.
